"If Pearl Jam sang country… that's Jesse Allen."
With roots buried deep in the Midwest and a gritty voice with a rock flare, Jesse Allen is a new brand of country artist in Nashville. Borrowing sonic vibes from various country rock artists of today, 90s rock and country and even a little bit of Texas country — Allen has spent years building a sound that is unique and all his own.
Beginning in his home state of Iowa, Allen built his live show, songwriting chops and paid dues through countless hours of work over the last 10 years. He has appeared on many major festivals such as Country Fest and Country Thunder Iowa, as well as countless fairs, town celebrations and venues, and opened for numerous major label acts.
Allen's September 2021 single "Breaking Up These Days" gained over 100,000 streams in just three weeks and was featured on Spotify's Fresh Finds along with Apple Music's Best New Country playlist. He has been featured in The Boot, UpStar Music, Whiskey Riff and many more.
Currently, Allen lives and works in Nashville, TN not only as a singer/songwriter and producer but also as an agricultural broadcaster and journalist. He is the host of the nationally syndicated talk show Agriculture of America, heard on SiriusXM 147 and over 60 radio stations nationwide. Allen also hosts the popular podcast Market Talk, gaining over 10 million impressions and 500,000+ listeners/viewers in 2025 alone.
